Will wild birds drink from waterers designed for poultry?

Yes they will. My folks have a farm and when the chickens aren’t drinking or very close to the waterers the little birds come in. The wild birds avoid the chickens but they share water and seed as well.

Cheap idea get chicken feed, the mixed “chop” for @ 5 bucks for 50 lbs…. wild birds love it. It is obviously cheaper then bird seed.
