i been feeding wild birds for ten years .?

and iam now having a problem with people behind where we live.i attract all varieties of birds they have become very dependant on me.because now this person has approached me and said to me shes got a fobie about birds but it hasnt been a problem in ten years etc.with me feeding it also attracs some pigdeons first she told me it was just pigeons now ive got her ringing me sendin cards and notes stating shes watching me and telling me that im stii putting food out i have been fair and told her i will just put small amounts out each day at certain times but shes still bein addament that im still feeding the birds. now im becoming affrade to venture in my own garden in the home that i own.can anyone give me some addvice on the law surley am not braking the law?and if shes got a fobia why should i suffer ,shes now threating me with inviramental health.some come back please be most greatful
