I’m trying to find this song but am having no luck. I think it’s called “Evergreen” but am not sure.?

I remember watching the video on CMT about 13 years ago. I can’t remember who sang it (although I always thought it was Bryan White but apparently it isn’t b/c I can’t find it) but I remember it coming on CMT a lot back then. It was about a boy and girl who were in love but couldn’t be together b/c her father wouldn’t permit it. (Evergreen is what the boy called the girl, I think the reason was b/c she had green eyes.) Some of the lyrics to the chorus are… “Evergreen open your window, lean out, feel how the wind blows? the night bird will bring you my kiss when the full moon light is touching your lips. Evergreen as long as there’s a Heaven above and the earth still turns…. something something…. our love. It blooms and grows in my heart, Evergreen.”
