bird stores in San antonio (specifically lovebirds or cockatiels?)?

im looking for a pet store (or person) that would be selling love birds or cockatiels in the san antonio, texas area. i’ve already looked at a petsmart and petco, and haven’t found what i was looking for. i am aware of the alamo area bird mart, but am not willing to wait till september to get my bird. does any one know of
a. a pet store selling these types of birds
b. breeders in the area
or c. if there are smaller, more frequent bird marts.
