Is this a good parakeet treat?

i wanna make a treat for my parakeet, i was thinking of getting chunky peanut butter and sprinkling seeds on to it to make it to a stick like form, and leave it in the freezer, how long should i leave it in the freezer, is this a good treat? and how should i make the bird eat it like do i hang it from the top of the cage how should i hang it?
umm i tried it why isnt the bird eating it?,
she’s scared of it lol

instead of using peanut butter use honey and mix the seed with the honey and stick it on the oven for an hour and then let it cool down and then hang in from their cage, i did the same with my budgie and he loved it
