What the hell is going on with my bird?!?

Okay, my parakeet is eating seeds, so after seconds after, he goes to his perch. Then, he starts to nod vigorously – about 6-8 consecutive bowing/nodding as if he’s grooving to the music (I don’t know if it’s positive) – then shakes off his body like a dog while releasing some seed/particle/Idon’tknowwhat debris because I hear sounds of flying seed/particle/Idontknowwhat.
