Dead tagged pigeon found on South Korean beach – small red plastic tag reads only TW 603… how to report?
The tag was small, like a red plastic band or ring, with a small ‘tab’ standing out from the band vertically and the numbers embossed (actually raised off the surface of the tab in the same red plastic) on one side reading “TW 603″. The bird was quite dead and already dessicated by the sun. It was found on the western coastal side of the Taean island/peninsula on the west coast of South Korea.
I’ve tried, obviously, googling the number with ‘pigeon’, ‘Korean’, ‘band’, ‘tag’, and various other combinations. Nothing I could use. Anyone with any ideas about how to report this and to whom?
TW603 is George Bush’s secret service code name. He planted the bird in SK to make the SK government think the that NK planted it. He did this just before PresBO took the oath of office. Too bad SK waited a year and half to find it. cu
