My kitten making kind of squeaking noise?

sounds kind of like a bird but kind of low…i hear her make this noise every so often, sometimes, a little after she makes this noise she runs to the litter box. I’m a little bugged out about it. She also has this little black patch on the roof of her mouth, can anybody tell what that is? Could it be something stuck on it?

How old is this kitten?

Cats make a variety of sounds from meows to mews to chirps to purrs to everything in between. My mother has a cat that hasn’t done more than a squeaky chirp meow all his life and he’s 16. Unless this sounds like a “ow, i hurt” squeak, I wouldn’t worry.

As for a black patch on her mouth, my cat (who didnt’ like me opening her mouth to look btw) has blotches on her mouth and she seems no worse for wear. Unless it looks like something STUCK in her mouth, again you can ignore it.
