Can anyone recommend a parrotlet breeder?

Preferably someone that breeds green-rumped parrotlets. I think the males are totally adorable.

I live in northern CA so somewhere around where I live would be best, but I’d honestly prefer just to ship the bird to me versus getting a so so local bird.

I don’t know one in northern California right off-hand but I know one in Riverside who still has one newly weaned baby male – and his birds are hand fed and very well socialized.
