Will my cockatiels be ok moving to an outside aviary? ?

I have 4 cockteils in a large indoor cage. I feel though that they may be happier outside in a medium sized aviary. I live in Sydney so the weather is pretty warm. Is there a transition process i must take so it’s not too much a shock for them?
I love my birds, but they are so messy and i’d like them to have a view of the garden and be in the fresh air.
Advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
No you are right they do need a aclimatising, just put their cage outside for a few hours per day when it is nice and then after a week release them into the aviary and they will be fine the just need to get used to the weather and the surroundings once they know its safe they will be fine.
