How do I present this gift? Hurry its today!?

Its my sisters birthday today and she is having a party with lots of people I have made her an a1 thing lol it has pictures of her face in different ages in the shape of an 18, a poem with a photo of us hugging when we were little and a scanned picture of her first birthday card that says a keepsake for baby’s birthday. Idk what else to add to it because its quite big and I haven’t stuck it down yet its going in a gold frame and is on silver card but how should I give it to her she opened all the other presents at midnight. I also got her a silk bag with all her favourite kids show stuff in it from the 90’s that she can use now, like a raggy dolls bookmark, big bird earrings and sharkey and george keyring. How do I present this to her in a meaningful way that wont embarrass her (don’t know if shes the sobbing type really)

Wow! That’s a really sweet, thoughtful gift! Personally, I would definitely present it during the party, in front of the guests. Maybe after singing Happy Birthday and right after cake has been served. Showing emotion is a beautiful thing! And I’m sure your party guests will be touched by such a beautiful expression of the love and bond between 2 sisters. (I am the youngest of 3 daughters in my family and we are all very close as well!!)
