Namibia Safari: Enjoy the World’s Best Tourist Destination
Namibia is a country rich in flora and fauna. It has sunlight right through the year, plenty of wildlife and stunning landscapes. Safari Namibia will leave an everlasting impression.
The choices of a Namibia safari range from a 3 day short safari to Sossusvlei Road to a 4 day Etosha shuttle, a 6 day trip to the Dunes and Wildlife and a 6 day Mountain Hike Safari. You could take a 7 day Namibia Fly in package, an 8 day Desert Safari, a 9 day Namibia to Etosha or an 18 day Camping Safari! You could do a Canyon Fish Eagle Trail or a 9-day Desert and Damara Safari. The choices are very rich and varied.
Let’s go on an 18-day Camping Safari Namibia. This could be a fully guided affair or you could drive your own 4×4. You could opt for a lodge or hotel or camp right through the trip. The safari starts with the Fish River Canyon, which at 180 km length is second only to the Grand Canyon in Colorado. You see the Quiver Tree Forest of the pretty Aloe Dichitoma trees in a raw, beautiful, semi-arid terrain of picturesque mountains and barren landscapes.
The Namibia safari takes you to Aus and Klein Aus Vista and a hike in the Namib Desert to get a chance sighting of the desert horses. Luderitz a coastal town is next followed by some exquisite landscapes of the desert and the picturesque Sossusvlei area, which has among the world’s highest dunes. Then you see the Welwitschia Mirabillis trees and reach Swakopmund. There is a lagoon, which is home to flamingoes and storks, egrets and pelicans among other birds. The 9th day is spent in Cape Cross and Henties Bay with its colony of 100,000 Cape Fur Seals.
Safari Namibia finally takes you to an ethnic village and Etosha pans. At Etosha National Park covering 22,000 sq km you get to see almost all the wild animals of Africa at floodlit waterholes.
