Animal Symbolism?

Yesterday morning, I woke up earlier than i usually do and went outside to enjoy the morning.

all was quiet and i heard the distinctive call of a male Cardinal. I listened joyfully for a few minutes as he pursued a female. They flew away from the tree across from me off into the distance.

1 minute later I looked back at the tree across from me and down swooped a beautiful hawk. He sat there and made no sound but turned to me and looked at me. then looked around. He stayed there a few minutes and then silently swooped away into the neighbor’s yard. I ran to see it and I couldnt find it.

After he flew away, i heard the distant caw of a raven and looked around to find it. it was about a block away, in the biggest tree in the neighborhood perched on the very top branch.

My question for those who know animal symbolism and especially native american animal symbolism: is there any significance in the birds that I saw and the order I saw them in?

Cardinal, Hawk, Raven

I believe that the cardinal was to get your attention. Their brilliant color and beautiful call “woke” your senses. To the Native Americans, the hawk is a messenger from the gods, Great Spirit, whatever you term it. The fact that he looked at you would tell me that you are going to receive an important message. The raven is the symbol of mystery and magic. This may indicate that the message you will be receiving will be a strongly spiritual one.
Let me know if any of this takes place.
