can not find canaries in my area?

Im looking for breeder pairs or male and females for sale near Wichita Falls Texas,or Abilene Texas.I don’t want to buy from a pet store as they can not guarantee the sex of the bird and type ie red factor,roller,.I used a variety of searches and no luck. Any ideas ? I also don’t like the idea of shipping birds or eggs it seems too stressful on them.

Have you tried websites such as hoobly, craig’s list, or just googling can help you find the ad sites? Another option is www.birdbreeders.com and try finding local breeders. Good luck.
