a riddle??????

two birds are flying in opposite directions. they start out at the same point as one another. the first bird is blue. the second bird is red. the brother of the blue bird that was mentioned earlier has a green stripe on his neck. the red bird has a little sailor hat on and tattoos of anchors on his forearms and he says, ah guh guh guh guh!! if the first bird flies at a rate of approximately 32 miles per hour, and the second bird has a jetpack on, which bird has the brother with the green stripe on his face?? and at what rate will the other bird be flying with that jetpack on, if x=the amount of wind travel divided by the bird’s aerodynamics, and y=the amount of feathers on the birds upper torso??
