Birds and flowers? Room help, please?

Okay, so many of you may know me from asking other questions about what room to do, and having this really pretty green flowered bedspread, but I’ve scratched that idea.
I want my room to have birds in it! I want a gray and blue theme but I’m not sure where to begin. I have a wall decal already, but other then that, I can’t find anything! I need a bedspread, pillows, etc… Also, I’m on a budget of $500… So cheapness is appreciated!

Why don’t you make some of your own Art etc. I can show you a picture of my Blue Birds Fabric which has Sky Blue, Med Blue and Dark Blue with Beige. Fabric Wall Art is quite easy to make and you could also have a Comforter made from the Fabric as well. If you know someone that can sew it should not cost you too much at all.
