what kind of bee/wasp/bug is it?? shiny black (no hair) with yellow bands/rings on face and back tail end?
i can not find anything that looks like it.or any info on it. i can not remember if it had 2 or 4 wings..all i know it that it is smooth shiny black with yellow rings on face and back end.. i have never seen anything like it before!
they are very aggressive…they love the humming bird feeder…and chase the hummingbirds away!
sounds like a hornet to me.
