What is this piece of art?

It’s a photo of a scene in London. There is a man and a woman couple standing underneath a red umbrella, kissing. The woman’s leg is slightly raised and birds are flying all around them. Could you give me a picture of this artwork, title, artist’s name, anything? I’ve heard about it but have never seen it. I heard about this from Devon Terrance Omundsen’s LiveJournal. He describes it and has it in his room. (If that helps?)

no idea, but it will probably have been shot in trafalgar square, where there are masses of annoying pidgeons, or at the eros stature in picadilly- oft used as scence of romantic shots, and also has some pidgeons flapping abuot.
