What happened to my bird? all of a sudden my bird couldn’t stand or walk; her feet were so cold. why?

What did happened to my bird? and to top it off, the male bird left from the cage right when the female bird died in my hand, leaving all the eggs.

I am guessing it was egg bound. If that was the case, it suffered horribly. Several primary reasons for egg binding are in order of liklihood:
Poor health in the hen
Low humidity; birds require a minimum of 65% humidity to successfully pass an egg
The shell was deformed or too large to pass, (several reasons for that include poor diet, lack of exercise-cage too small-nest box too small) too much calcium, not enough calcium, full spectrum lighting; or full sunlight “filtered” through a screen or reflected, but not through glass! Glass stops the UVA and UVB spectrum light necessary to metabolize the calcium to produce eggs.
Then there is the possibility the birds’ cloaca was deformed. My money is on diet and poor lighting. Ginger
