Will a ferret cage work for a bird?

The spacings between bars are about 3/4 of an inch, so I’m not too worried about that.
Any other concerns? I have no feeder doors.
I have no pull out tray.
I have no seed catcher.
I do have plenty of perches and toys. Any suggestions for me?
I was sold this cage by an elaborate, persuasive liar claiming she paid $450 for this $150 cage. (it’s the single)
As long as the cage is made up of safe material for birds, and you take out all of the critter supplies and replace them with perches, toys, and bird food bowels, than the cage is perfectly fine and large enough for a bigger bird.
