What would you do if an amusement park is being built on top of a red birds territory?

There is going to be a mini playground built on top of red birds territory. WHat can our town do to help stop this.
Its going to be a mini playgournd and i meant to say cardinal. I couldnt think of the name at the time. Yea we have over 50 of them in this part of town and they want to knock this down to build a palyground.

If it were a full amusement-park, I would ask that they set aside some “wilderness areas” nearby to compensate for the loss of habitat. Also, you can go before the city council to emphasize the importance of having natural habitat for wildlife in the area.

A mini playground is another issue. I would work with the developers to make a friendly habitat that is a nice area for the children to play and can still be a refuge for the red birds.
