Can i take my conure in the snow?
I see all the pictures and videos of conures and larger parrots in the snow, and when it starts snowing this year, I want to take my parrot out to play in it, (Wings are Clipped, and will have a bird leash)…
If the weather is warmer, like 70, but if the snow is still out there, can I bring him out? and If you say no, then how come theres videos and pictures or them everywhere in the snow, and never get sick.
Id say no way. I dont think there is a parrot/conure native to polar environments.. the cold may end up killing your bird, and if not that, then atleast make it ill. Play it safe; if you like your bird healthy, then do not take it outside when it is cold/snowy.
