Melba Jewel Watkins Harris passed away Sunday, Aug. 29, 2010, at Grandview Healthcare Center in Washington. Mrs. Harris was born Feb. 10, 1926, on a farm near Jonesburg the daughter of John Sutor and wife Leora, nee. Graue.
