Help! I want to buy a flight suit/bird diaper for my parakeet. What size should I buy!? PLEASE help!!?

Hello. I’m looking to buy a flight suit/bird diaper for my parakeet. (Is it the same thing, bird diaper and flight suit?) I don’t know exactly the size to buy. Hes an american parakeet and I took a measuring tape and I measured around his shoulder’s he’s approxamatly 4 to 4 and a half inches around. And he measures 12 inches long from head to tail. (His tail is short because he is molting.) On some sites it says to buy x-small for parakeets and other sites say petite. If anyone has this for their parakeet, I would appriciate your thoughts on the product. Please help me! Do you think it’s a great product to buy? Thanks. =)

iv heard a lot about peoples birds being scared of them. if you are getting one for a parakeet, go for petite and use a light enough leash so it doesn’t interfere.
