Nearby Bird Adoption Centers?

I live In Vista, California. I want to adopt a lovebird/parrot but I don’t know about a adoption center that is close by. Please tell me a.s.a.p!

okay do you own your own home ? if not then you can forget about adopting . is anyone in your home a diabetic or have a chronic illness / allergies ? if so then forget about adopting . it is almost harder to adopt a pet than it is a child and I am not kidding . I have been through three adoption centers and they will not let me adopt a bird because I am a diabetic . also do you have small kids ? nope you wont be allowed too . these adoption places are brutal and they are very picky as to who gets the birds and alot of them are money hungry and who ever has the most money gets the bird .I for one got tired of applying if you know what I mean .
