My Little cousins found a Baby Morning Bird, they are not sure where exactly he fell from?

They are young and thought they were doing a good deed by running him to my house. The dove moves around and does not seem like he is Injured, I tried taking him to a wildlife rescue near by but they said they couldn’t not help at this time because they are not a “Bird Rescue”…I hate Ocala anyway I felt very bad and decided to take on the Big responsibility of trying to keep it as healthy as possible so he can grow up and live a happy little life. Ive tried researching on what to feed Him but i can not find a straight answer… i am running out of Options and i need help FAST!! I have been feeding him Gerber baby food with a dropper,and it dosent seem right, im keeping him in a nest like bedding under a light washcloth with a warming lamp close by, I could really use some help please help me Save this little guy before it is to late…

I recommend that you contact a bird or wildlife rescue center near you. You have good intentions, but they can care for it much better than you can. They have better facilities, better nutrition, more experience, etc. I don’t think that Gerber baby food will do the trick.
