anyone knows what to do when the mamma bird dont want her newborn i need to no what to do im feeding it bird?

my parakeet hatched her baby but wont feed it or keep it warm so i need to know what to do so it wont die she abandanded her last unhatched egg too ive been feeding it every 3hours or so baby bird formula but is that enough and i keep it under a ligt to keep warm but what eles

Just make sure that the light isn’t to close so that it wont get burned. And put it in one corner so that the baby can move out of the light if it gets to hot.
Sounds like you are doing it all. There really isn’t much else to do since it is a baby. Good Luck
